Make Up Work for Final Report Card

In order to make up any of the assignments below, Mr. Ide needs to personally hear from your parent:

Civil War Unit Test (major grade):

• Schedule with Mr. Ide

Practice Test 6: 

• Create a set of flashcards based on the American Revolution Causes and Effects set on Quizlet. It can be found here.

Practice Test 7: 

• Create a set of flashcards based on the Amendments to the Constitution set on Quizlet. It can be found here.

Practice Test 8: 

• Create a set of flashcards based on the Combination set of flashcards including information from the Foundations of Representative Government, Principles of the Constitution and the Goals of the Constitution. It can be found here.

TLA Assessment (major grade):

• Log into Learning.com and take the five quizzes assigned to you.

Trading Card Activity

1. Make sure you have all the information from each card including:

• your person's name
• a nickname for your person, it can either be their real nickname or one you came up with based on one or more of their achievements
• the birth information (date and place)
• at least three important facts about the person
• the death information (date and place)

2. Save a picture of each of your people to your H: drive (your student number) so you will know how to access them when you start making your cards. If you cannot find a picture of your person, choose a picture for their card that represents their achievements.

3. Click here to make your cards: Trading Cards Creator

When you are putting in the information on the website you need to put your person's name on the Title, nickname on the Subtitle and everything else in the description. Choose three icons from the list that you think would represent your character.

4. Click the Create button and your card will open in a new window.

5. Right-click with the mouse on the picture and choose "Save Image As..."

6. Choose your H: Drive folder and name the card with your first and last name put a dash (-) and then your person's first and last name (for example JeremyIde-GeorgeWashington)

7. When you are finished with all of your cards go to Gaggle.

8. Log in with your Learning.com username and password.

9. Click on Assignment Drop Boxes on the right side of the page.

10. Double Click on the Assignment Drop Box with Ide on it.

11. Click on Submit Assignment

12. Click on Attach (do not click on Attach From Locker) and choose the card file that you want to attach. You will have to do this for each card.

13. Once you have attached all of your cards click Submit.

Make up assignments for last progress report

To make up a low grade for any of the assignments listed below you have to copy the assignment on a separate sheet of paper, answer the questions and turn it in before Friday (May 3).
